PROCESSING ORDERS

Normal order processing times are 1-3 business days, depending on the volume of orders we receive. We try to process your order within one business day. Once your order is processed, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number.



SHIPPING POLICY

We offer two methods of shipping: United States Postal Service (USPS) Ground Advantage or United Parcel Service (UPS). UPS has a variety of options for delivery (Ground (3-5 days), 3 Day Select, 2 Day Air, and Next Day Air). PLEASE NOTE: We cannot ship UPS orders to PO Boxes. When your order is processed, you will be supplied with a tracking number. Please note that the shipping clock does not start when the order is placed but when the shipping carrier picks up your order from our facility. Once it leaves our facility, Superlative Arms is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items, and does not guarantee delivery times. Delivery times may be effected by carrier delays, weather conditions, current events, etc.



WARRANTY

Superlative Arms, LLC warrants that its products will remain free of manufacturing and material defects for the life of the product. Superlative Arms will repair or replace its products, at its sole discretion, as long as they have not been misused, abused, or tampered with, and that the claim is related to material or workmanship.


If your product requires a warranty repair or replacement, Superlative Arms will respond to your request and issue a RMA number by email, and attach a prepaid shipping label to return the product for inspection. When we receive the product, we will inspect it within 48 hours to determine if it warrants a replacement or to be simply reworked. We will cover the shipping charge for any reworked or replaced product. Please email [email protected] with your ship to, bill to info, phone number, as well as the SKU# and lot number located on the logo side of the product. Please give a brief description of the issue and, if possible, attach a photo.



RETURN POLICY

Superlative Arms accepts returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your product. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. You will need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for ALL RETURNS.


Please email [email protected] or call us at 727-849-6880 for a RMA number. To be eligible for a return or exchange the item(s) cannot be used or installed and must be in new condition with the original packaging. Once the item has been received and inspected, we will either issue a refund minus shipping charges or exchange the item. Customers who exchange items are responsible for new shipping charges.
